Designing a travel benefit people can actually use
Move beyond enrollment by designing around real employee context and measurable program participation.

Start with utilization, not enrollment
Enrollment shows awareness, not value. Track the path from invitation to trip creation and completed travel, then pair it with employee response and organizer effort.
Make the unit of value obvious
Make time, employer support, personal budget, and program rules visible in one place. The next step should be obvious without a training session.
Design the manager path
Employees may not act when time away feels culturally risky. Give leaders a clear program message and prompt participation at natural moments—after a launch, a close, or a heavy quarter.
